
Confidentiality:
- All usernames, passwords, I.P. addresses, and content submitted to 24HRWebmaster.com is held in the strictest of confidence. This information will NEVER be sold or shared to another entity, even after the client has discontinued maintenance requests.
- All information submitted to 24HRWebmaster.com is done so through encrypted, secure forms on the 24HRWebmaster website. These forms are encoded with an SSL Certificate.
Maintenance Requests:
- All Maintenance Requests will be performed within 24 hours of submission. If a Maintenance Request is determined to take longer than 24 hours, 24HRWebmaster.com reserves the right to go beyond the 24 hour time limit to finish the request. If this is necessary the client will be notified of the timeline change before work has begun.
- 24HRWebmaster.com reserves the right to deny work requests if request is beyond the skill level of the 24HRWebmaster.com design and programming team. Though doubtful this situation would ever occur, if the maintenance request is deemed beyond the 24HRWebmaster.com skill level, then 24HRWebmaster.com will assist client in finding the right entity to fulfill the task. Costs associated with any entities outside of 24HRWebmaster.com are the responsibility of the client.
Cost of Service:
- Client authorizes 24HRWebmaster.com to charge fees due to client's credit card.
- Clients that request custom content written by our writing staff will receive a separate proposal for this service.
- 24HRWebmaster.com is a service of Zephyr Salvo Communications, Inc. Credit Card Billing Statements will be billed through Zephyr Salvo Communications, Inc.
Posting Updates and Changes:
- Once the maintenance request is complete, the request will be posted to the clients live site.
- If client wishes to see the change request before it is made live then client must ask in the Maintenance Request form for a preview before it's made live. If such a request is not made for a preview of the changes, then 24HRWebmaster.com will post all maintenance requests live to the clients site when complete.
Disclaimer Information:
- Client agrees that 24HRWebmaster.com is not responsible for the content of the client's website, or changes and updates made to it. Client assumes all liability for the content, promotion, marketing, and structure of its website.
- Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 24HRWebmaster.com from and against any and all claims, suits, losses, judgments, damages, and liabilitiesarising out of client's use, distribution, and/or exhibition of the designed materials and the content, promotion, marketing, and structure of the clients' website.
- Any invalidity of any provision of this Agreement shall in no way affect the validity of any other provision hereof, and shall not invalidate this Agreement as a whole.
- The laws of the State of Texas shall govern this agreement.
- In the event of default, dispute or breach of this agreement, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Houston, Texas.
- This contract cannot be amended in whole or in part unless the amendment is in writing by mutual consent of client and 24HRWebmaster.com.
